Assist clients with company software, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve client software queries via phone, email, or chat
- Maintain knowledge base and documentation
- Install, update, and troubleshoot software
- Collaborate with developers to report bugs
- Conduct user training sessions when required
Who Can Apply
- 0–3 years experience in software support or BPO
- Strong communication in Hindi & English
- Bachelor’s in IT / Computer Science or equivalent
- Customer-focused attitude
