We are looking for an IT Support Technician specializing in network and system maintenance for our office operations in Palampur.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks
- Install and configure routers, switches, and firewalls
- Provide support for server operations and backups
- Maintain antivirus and security systems
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure
Who Can Apply
- 1–3 years experience in IT infrastructure support
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT/Networking
- Knowledge of networking protocols, routers, and basic server management
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
