Job Description
We are hiring an IT Support Engineer to manage internal IT systems, troubleshoot issues, and support office staff in Palampur.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues
- Install, update, and maintain operating systems and applications
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity
- Assist in setting up new systems, printers, and devices
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation
- Train staff in basic IT usage and best practices
Who Can Apply
- 0–3 years experience in IT support or helpdesk
- Diploma/Graduate in IT/Computer Applications
- Basic networking and software troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication in Hindi and English
Salary & Perks
