We are hiring a Front Desk Executive for a premium hotel in Palampur to manage guest interactions and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check-in/check-out guests
  • Manage reservations and bookings
  • Handle guest queries and complaints
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and room service
  • Maintain guest records and billing

Who Can Apply

  • 0–3 years experience in hospitality or front desk
  • Fluent in Hindi and basic English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Graduate preferred
