We are hiring a Front Desk Executive for a premium hotel in Palampur to manage guest interactions and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check-in/check-out guests
- Manage reservations and bookings
- Handle guest queries and complaints
- Coordinate with housekeeping and room service
- Maintain guest records and billing
Who Can Apply
- 0–3 years experience in hospitality or front desk
- Fluent in Hindi and basic English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Graduate preferred
